we need
a new word
that somehow blends
the feelings of rage, fear,
anxiety and sadness
into a single emotion
because the words
we have now
are not adequate
to express the
madness
inside
but
if we
survive
we may find that
we were better off
allowing it remain nameless
lest we discover
a taste for it
