Thank you for supporting The Dillydoun Review. TDR was founded in October 2020 by Amy Burns, Managing Editor. We are a fledgling journal with plans to positively impact the literary world and beyond. But, as a young journal with no outside funding, bursaries, or grants, the only hope of ushering our dreams into reality is through the help of generous donors.
Our Mission Statement
The Dillydoun Review believes that a crucial element in perpetuating a healthy, vibrant culture is nurturing writers from a full spectrum of identities and diversities. We strive to publish and promote both emerging and established writers whose prose and poetry contribute to a broad, essential cultural conversation.
We are just days old at the writing of this Mission Statement. Still, we plan to support this philosophy by publishing a online, online journal and developing a daily blog that features review, interviews, essays, fiction, and poetry. And, as we grow, so will our ability to host events, sponsor workshops, develop scholarships, and offer competitive pay to our family of diverse staff members and contributors.
Thank you in advance for your donation. It will allow TDR to shoulder the expense of starting a literary journal and the even greater cost of keeping it alive and thriving. It will enable us to publish quality, impactful prose and poetry and, hopefully soon, offer payment to our staff and contributors.
